Requesting Service for a Maintenance Issue
The best and quickest way to receive service is through your Tenant Portal. You may request service by clicking the Service Request Icon below. This will direct you to your Tenant Portal where you can request service by creating a work order. This will automatically included your name, property address and contact information that we have on file. If a different call back number is needed, please add that to your request. Please be as descriptive as possible about the nature of your request.
Per your residential lease agreement, all service request are to be placed in writing if possible. Email your service request to Agent@BraggHouses.com and include a detailed description of the request, the property address, your name and best phone number(s) to reach you. We will reply to your email within the same business day received.
If the request is emergency in nature, like a leak that cannot be stopped by turning off the supply, main line sewer back up, no heat when temperatures are below 50" and emergency back up heat is not working or no cooling when temperatures exceed 85" and there are elderly or children affected, then call 910.423.8071. Make sure you leave a message and include a detailed description of the request, the property address, your name and best phone number(s) to reach you. If email is available, please send an email with the emergency information and or log into your Tenant Portal and complete a service request and note emergency or urgent in the request.
If the request is emergency in nature, please call our office at 910.423.8071 in addition to completing the online request through your Tenant Portal.
